Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

🎅 Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain Christmas novelties cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Opened or used Christmas novelties
  • Personalized Christmas ornaments with custom engraving
  • Seasonal food items or edible Christmas decorations

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Christmas items:

  2. Complete the Return Form: Use our template below to provide all necessary information
  3. Wait for Approval: Our elves will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
  4. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Information

Once we receive your return, our elves will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
