We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following Christmas items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used Christmas novelties (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized Christmas ornaments with custom engraving
- Seasonal food items or edible Christmas decorations

Refund Information

- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after return approval
